While we do not issue refunds based on personal preference (we highly recommend you start with our mixed box with 4 of each flavour), please reach out to our team at info@daty.com if your order is damaged or defective in some way - we'll make it right!
If you're approved for a refund and haven't received your money, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company - it may take some time before the refund is posted. Finally, contact your bank - there is often processing time with refunds. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@daty.com
